AMUOBA Lucknow, in association with Medanta Hospital, Lucknow and the Lucknow Management Association (LMA), successfully organized an insightful Health Talk on Heart & Bone Health, bringing together members for an evening of learning, interaction, and health awareness.

The programme commenced with High Tea, offering members and guests a wonderful opportunity to connect before the formal session.

The Health Talk was delivered by two eminent specialists from Medanta Hospital—Dr. P. K. Goel, Director, Interventional Cardiology, and Dr. Saif Nabi Shah, Director, Orthopaedics. Their informative and engaging presentations on preventive healthcare, heart wellness, bone health, and healthy lifestyle practices were highly appreciated and benefited everyone present.

The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from members of AMUOBA and LMA. The interactive Q&A session further enriched the event, allowing participants to receive expert guidance on a wide range of health-related concerns.
