We are deeply saddened to inform you that Shri Mohammad Ghufran passed away on 26th April 2025. He was a distinguished leader, dedicated social worker and a person fully committed to the principles of Aligarh Muslim University. His services and devotion to the community will always be remembered.
As a former Vice President of Uttar Pradesh Congress (Minority Cell) and a respected figure in the educational and social fields, he always worked for the upliftment of the society. His role in AMUOBA was like a strong pillar for the institution, and his contribution has left an indelible mark on the hearts of all of us.
We (All the members of AMUOBA Lucknow) offer our deepest condolences to his family, friends and all those whose lives he touched.
May God grant him a high place in Jannat and give strength to his family to bear this difficult time.
